Noise Permit

Per Title 11, Chapter 2, Section 11-202 of the City of Cookeville Municipal Code a special noise permit shall be granted for limited exceptions from the provisions of this section.  A Special Noise Permit Application must be completed by the applicant, approved by the City of Cookeville Police Department (S. Jefferson sub station) and signed by them in red ink; the City Manager must also approve the application.  The completed application is then returned to the City of Cookeville Tax Department and a permit is issued for the date of the event.
