Inspection Requirements

Before any inspections will be made, the following must be in place:

1. Access to a portable toilet for worker’s use.

2. Crushed stone ramp to site to prevent mud from being traced onto streets.

3. Straw bales, silt fences or other erosion control devices to keep soil & debris from leaving the site.

 

Inspections required for all structures:

1. Site Review & Erosion Control compliance (confirm setbacks; property corners to be located prior to inspection)

2. Footing (before concrete is ordered or poured)

3. Sill Plate and Anchor Bolts

4. Slab

5. Framing

6. Plumbing rough-in

7. Heating & air rough-in

8. Final

9. Certificate of Occupancy (before structure is occupied)
