Inspection Requirements

Before any inspections will be made, the following must be in place:

1. Access to a portable toilet for worker’s use.
2. A 2-inch stone ramp to site to prevent mud from being tracked onto streets.
3. Straw bales, silt fences or other erosion control devices to keep soil & debris from leaving the site.

Inspections required for all structures:

1. Site Review & Erosion Control compliance (confirm setbacks; property corners to be located prior to inspection)
2. Footing (before concrete is ordered or poured)
3. Sill Plate and Anchor Bolts
4. Slab
5. Framing
6. Plumbing rough-in
7. Heating & air rough-in
8. Electrical rough-in
9. Drywall / sheetrock
10. Final
11. Certificate of Occupancy (before structure is occupied)
