Performing Arts Center Rental Rates

These rates are for all users of the Cookeville Performing Arts Center
Dates may be reserved a maximum of one year in advance

Meeting Rate - * $50 per hour (2 hour minimum)
*The meeting rate does not include house sound or any special technical services, lighting or equipment.
Local non-profit (tax exempt) organizations charging no admission
     $120/day - $60 each additional performance per day
Local non-profit organizations charging admission
     $140/day - $70 each additional performance per day
Other local organizations (NOT non-profit) charging no admission
     $160/day - $80 each additional performance per day
Other local organizations (NOT non-profit) charging admission
     $200/day - $100 each additional performance per day
Non-local organizations
     $350/day - $175 each additional performance per day

The above rates are per performance day. A performance is defined as a formal exhibition or presentation which is open to a general, specific, or exclusive audience paying admission or not. A local organization is defined as an organization with an official address within Putnam County.
Rehearsal rates - $15 per hour with a 2 hour minimum per day.
Work time - $15 per hour with a 2 hour minimum per day.
Deposit - $250
Technicians fee - $15.00 per hour with a two hour minimum per day
Sound system access fee - $25 + $10/performance
Lighting system access fee - $50 + $10/performance
Wireless microphone usage - $3 per performance or rehearsal per mic
Holdover/storage fee - $20 per day
Souvenir concession royalty - 15% of gross sales
Box office service fee -
$25 for 2 weeks/$25 each additional week
+ $15 per ticketed performance
+ $0.075 per ticket distributed
+ 5% of all credit/debit card sales
