Utility Payment Options

  • Automatic Bank Draft:
    Customers may arrange to have their bill payments electronically debited from their bank accounts on the net due date. Any payment refused by the financial institution as non-payable will be assessed a returned check charge, unless the return was due to bank error. An electronic bank draft payment form must be submitted along with a voided check or deposit slip with imprinted routing and bank account numbers before an account can be added to bank draft status.

  • Credit Card/Online Payments:
    We now offer customers the convenience of paying their utility bill online using a credit or debit card. Start managing and/or paying your bill online now.

  • Municipal Building:
    For your convenience, we have a drive through window for utility bill payment and a night depository for after hours payments. Bills may be paid Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm at the Municipal Building, 45 East Broad Street. Payment may also be made by mailing to:

  • Payment by Debit Card:
    Visa and MasterCard debit cards are accepted as valid forms of payment in person at the Municipal Building.
