Customer may request C.E.D. to set a Special Pole (i.e. Fiberglass, Steel, Decorative). In this case, the Customer will be charged for the cost difference between a wood pole and the special pole requested, this is based on most current cost of specified pole.

30' Fiberglass - Bronze / Green
30' - 45' Steel Standard - Bronze
12' Decorative Pole w/ Acorn Style Light - Black
30' - 5" Square Steel Standard - Bronze

 

Billing Demand = The Greater of:

1) The Highest 30 Min. Interval KW During the Billing Period, OR
2)  85% of the Highest KVA Interval, OR
3)  30% of the Contract Demand, OR
4)  30% of the Highest Billed Demand in the Preceding 12 Months

Minimum Bill: 
(51kw -  1000kw)

Contract Demand (CD) X (20% X 51-1,000 KW Rate) + Customer Charge
CD X (.2 X $13.43) + $50.00
 

Minimum Bill: 
(1001kw -  5000kw)

 

Contract Demand (CD) X (20% X 1,001-5,000 KW Rate) + Customer Charge

Minimum Bill:
(5000kw - 15,000kw)

 

Contract Demand (CD) X (30% X 5,000-15,000 KW Rate) + Customer Charge
CD X (.3 X $15.40) + $1,500
In the event that any bill is not paid by the net due date, there shall be added to the bill an amount equal to 5%.
