Class Descriptions
  • BEGINNER STEP - This class is a moderate intensity cardio workout focusing on basic step aerobic principles. For anyone who has never stepped before, this class is a good way to learn the language and basics of step aerobics. All levels are always welcome.
  • CARDIO CORE - If you need to burn some serious calories and focus on your core then this is the class for you! It combines a variety of cardio exercises with exercises that focus on your abs, glutes and back. Methods include strength training, drills, step aerobics, floor aerobics and tradi-tional toning.
  • CARDIO-SCULPT - An excellent aerobic workout incorporating segments for muscular conditioning. Hand weights, resistance bands and elastic tubing will be used to build strength and increase muscle definition.
  • CLASSIC STEP - Step classes offer a high intensity, yet low impact workout that utilizes a raised step platform to provide a stair-climbing effect. Step exer-cises are described to be as effective as running a seven-minute mile, only easier on the joints.
  • HIP HOP HUSTLE - Burn up the dance floor and burn calories too! Hip Hop HUSTLE™ blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow! Anyone can do this! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise. Drop the pounds and get rapid results while you dance, dance, dance!
  • INSANITY - The revolutionary, cardio-based, total body-conditioning group fitness class is here! This calorie torching, shirt-soaking workout is based on the principles of MAX Interval Training, and you’ll be ripping through the most heart-pumping, muscle shredding, sweat dripping, high-intensity cardio workout ever to find out what you’re really made of. It is designed to provide a safe, challenging and results driven work-out with no equipment. Please wear supportive shoes and be aware this is an advanced class.
  • FIT MOMS - Mommy! Mommy!! MOMMY!!! It takes a lot of strength and cardio endurance to keep up with the hustle and bustle of motherhood! This class combines cardio, strength and toning to get you in shape or get your shape back. Little ones in strollers are welcomed but not required. Class formats will vary meeting indoors and outdoors incorporating fun songs and activities for the little ones.
  • FIT YOGA - Graceful movements will energize, strengthen the body core, lengthen muscles and dissolve stress. The movements and exercises are user-friendly forms and techniques that have no barriers because of age, body type or athletic ability. Do not miss this motivating work-out!
  • PiYo STRENGTH - This class is designed to build strength & gain flexibility. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater stabil-ity. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class that’s fun and challenging while still being restorative. It’s ideal for those who need to recharge during the middle of the day!
  • POWER FLOW YOGA - This class follows the same format as the Yoga Flow and Heated Flow classes but with POWER! More advanced poses will be introduced and the flow goes at a quicker pace. Participants of all levels are welcomed and modifications will be available for all poses.
  • POWER HOUR - Get stronger and leaner in this upbeat interval class! This class combines high reps low weight strength training with a variety of cardio bursts to maximize your workout!
  • R.I.P.P.E.D. - This total body high intensity program utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight. It creates a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula”. Changing the focus and activities every 9-6 minutes this workout stimulates energy and muscles with motivating music and participants jam through each session!
  • SPIN - This indoor cycling class is a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participants can choose their personal inten-sity through body positioning and bike tension. Spinning is a great way to burn a maximum amount of calories!
  • SPIN & STAC/STEP & SCULPT - This high energy class combines spinning or step aerobics with sculpting intervals. It is the perfect combination of cardio and muscle conditioning. Participants will get their heart rate up and use a variety of resistance equipment for sculpting. All fitness levels are wel-come.
  • SPIN MAX - Spin, step, drills, abs and more spin!! You will get the maximum burn with the maximum variety!
  • SPINSANITY - This indoor cycle class really packs a punch with a variety of spin styles, some incorporating toning, you get your max burn. Take it quick because it is only around for the winter!!
  • STAC (Strength Training and Conditioning) - Using a variety of equipment including free weights, stability balls and resistance bands, participants will gain strength, flexibility and in-crease muscle definition. This one-hour class will work through every major muscle group. This class helps increase muscle definition, boost metabolism and build lean muscle tissue without building bulk or size.
  • TURBO KICK - Turbo Kick is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kick boxing, sport drills and simple dance moves in a party atmos-phere. This is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to custom tailor their workout. Get ready to kick, punch and groove the calories away.
  • YOGA FLOW & HEATED FLOW - Vinyasa Flow, similar to a dynamic dance is a practice where postures or asanas are synchronized with the breath. The overall practice revolves around Sun Salutations and engages prana, or energy found within the breath, leaving the participant feeling energized and centered. This practice builds strength, endurance, flexibility and balance offering one an opportunity to find mediation through mindful movement and breath work. Heated Flow follows the same format at a warm 78 degrees.
  • ZUMBA - Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness –Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating! Some classes will incorporate resistance with a 1-2lb weight to a few songs for added toning.

Lunch Express Class Descriptions


  • PiYo - This class incorporates a range of dynamic and static stretches as well as core strengthening exercises.  It's ideal for those who need to recharge during the middle of the day!
  • STAC - Participants will gain strength, flexibility and increase muscle definition in just 30 minutes! By increasing the intensity of the strength training, the calorie burning effect lasts even after the workout is over!
