Invitation to Bid - Street Sweeper

The City of Cookeville Public Works and Engineering Department will accept bids for a Street Sweeper using an online bidding process on September 24, 2008, at 10:00M CDT, in accordance with the specification and procedures available with BidBridge.

 

Specifications and procedures are available by registering as a supplier with BidBridge at http://www.BidBridge.net, and downloading the bid package from:

Bidding information, other than pricing and including exceptions to the buyer’s specifications, must be submitted in writing no later than September 18, 2008, at 2:00pm CDT. This information may be evaluated to determine those bidders qualified to participate in the online bidding event.

The City of Cookeville may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids or proposals to fulfill requirements, (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that bid or proposal which The City of Cookeville deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
