Historic District Inventory

The City of Cookeville planning staff has compiled an inventory of all properties within Cookeville’s Historic Districts. This inventory consists of photographs, owners, the year built, type of construction, architectural style, zone, certificates of approval and informational notes. The information was comprised from the Tennessee Assessment website as well as input from the property owners; the accuracy is not guaranteed.

We encourage any additional information as this is an ongoing inventory. Information such as significant historic events, previous owners, architectural information, builders, designers, renovations, etc. are welcomed.
