Subdivision Regulations
The following links are to the Subdivision Regulations for the City of Cookeville. The Subdivision Regulations consist of 14 Articles numbered Article I to Article XIV and include appendices numbered Appendix A to Appendix F.
The Cookeville Regional Planning Commission adopted the Cookeville Subdivision Regulations on April 24, 2000 and were amended on March 25, 2002, May 23, 2005, and March 23, 2009.
